HEALTHCAREseeker.com ranks #3 nationally in growth and makes #922 in the Inc 500/5000.

Wednesday, August 27, 2008

HEALTHCAREseeker.com, which places Traveling Nurses and Allied Professionals at Hospitals throughout the United States, has been ranked by Staffing Industry Analysts as the 3rd fastest growing Travel healthcare agency in the U.S. In addition, Inc. Magazine has released its listings of the top 5000 fastest growing U.S. companies in all industries and HEALTHCAREseeker.com has achieved #922.

Stephen Halasnik, President of HEALTHCAREseeker.com, commented, "Our whole company was very excited about the recognition because it gives us proof that our strategy to provide very personable and professional service to our customers is working. Travel Nurses, Allied professionals and Hospitals are looking for a higher level of service and day in and day out we are striving to overachieve their expectations. "

When Mr. Halasnik was asked to list one customer service initiative that he thinks HEALTHCAREseeker.com does better then anyone else, he said:

"I would have to say that it is our Travel Expectation Process. We learned early in our history that when dealing with people, you have to fully explain what the assignment they will be going on will be like and what they should expect. We originally learned why this was so important when we started sending Nurses to Alaska to a Hospital near the Bering Strait in our first year of business. It was very remote and it wasn't like the cute town in the TV show, "Northern Exposure". In the winter, it could be as cold as 40 degrees below zero and the only way in and out was by airplane. In addition, the housing accommodations were rustic and there was almost no downtown area. But the upside for our Nurses was the Hospital was brand new; the native population really needed their help; the trip was a once in a lifetime adventure; and the pay was excellent. We knew everything about the hospital/area and we learned to not only verbally tell our Travelers what to expect, but to also include the information about the hospital/area in the orientation package if the Traveler took the job. In addition, our recruiters do a great job of knowing what the Traveler wants in their assignment. Every one of our Recruiters are trained to know and ask everything about the Hospital and area that the Nurse will be going to and we include that information in a very detailed orientation package. Most agencies would sell the high points of the area but never talk about the low points. I think that one mandatory process, which I don't think other agencies do well, has allowed us to achieve almost a 100% Traveler satisfaction rating because there are no surprises".

HEALTHCAREseeker.com, A JCAHO certified staffing company, places Registered Nurses and Allied Healthcare Professionals into long term temporary assignment in all 50 states.
